At The Derby Conference Centre, we have a range of quality facilities to host successful conferences and training events.
Our internal space includes our magnificent Sunken Lounge; perfect for exhibitions, job fairs or large presentations. Our flexible space is ideal for your next conference, with a convenient location and over 300 onsite parking spaces the benefits are endless.
Not only do we have the capacity to accommodate large numbers, there’s also the ability to supply high quality equipment, with an on-hand experienced team who will be looking after every detail, ensuring that your event will run smoothly. We recognise that no two events are the same and offer a flexible and bespoke service to meet your requirements.
Our facilities are open seven days a week, and with our guest accommodation on site, we offer the perfect environment for residential events.
We know that every meeting or conference is different, so we have provided the option of having different packages for a personalised service to ensure that you have everything you need whilst away from the office.
From your presenting essentials such as LCD projectors, flipcharts and lecterns, we can take care of any specialist requirements and provide everything you need for a successful day. Our packages include any office essentials such as stationary, paper and pens – so you will be all set for the day!

When planning your meeting, you can get ahead with one of our packages, which include food! Both include a two-course working buffet lunch or a two-course restaurant lunch. But if that doesn’t take your fancy then you can order from our restaurant menu, which is carefully prepared by our talented chef. See your options below:
